Refund Policy – Consulting Services
 

All consulting services provided by Fox Fire Co USA are professional services delivered based on time, expertise, and strategy development.

Due to the nature of consulting services:

• Payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.

• Clients may cancel a scheduled session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”), no refund will be issued.

• Deposits used to reserve consulting time are non-refundable.

Fox Fire Co USA does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results, as results depend on multiple factors outside of our control.
