MENU SUPPORT

As the founder of Swirl Wine Bar in Manitou Springs I have created HUNDREDS of wine lists, cocktail menus and beer lists. I have been a Court of Master certified Sommelier since 2008. I can lend my experience in menu design, cocktail creation, wine education and service as well as drinking trend analysis, inventory cost and management. In addition to running drink operations I have facilitated hundreds of wine education tasting events. 

Menu Design

Option ONE is for those that already have a set drink menu, but would like help with design, formatting, proper wine format or layout. 

$200-$400

Option TWO is for those that have a wine list but need to refresh their BTG program.  This includes a new BTG list, cost, education and inventory management.

Menu Design

Option THREE Is for a new cocktail menu and program. This includes recipes, cost analysis and bar prep recommendations. 

$450 MIN

Option FOUR is for a seasonal Beer rotation list and suggestion for can/bottle list. This list is for beer styles in certain season and not specific brands.
