Hello

Meet the idiot that had the crazy idea to open a restaurant 17 years ago...

This picture took 17 years to get too. When I got there, I had successfully sold my restaurant, Swirl Wine Bar in Manitou Springs, CO, and took a long, relaxing, zero stress trip to Italy with my daughter. As I look back, if I had a coach with stress support and time management advice I wouldn't have waited so long. I am confident I can pay this forward.

My Story

My first serving job was at 16 and call me insane, but I never left. Till now...

I have more life experience in hospitality than not. Even after getting two bachelors I still was drawn back to hospitality.  I've worked the most disgusting, grueling parts of a restaurant all the way up to fine dining; selling ridiculously expensive wine. I have been a certified Court of Master Sommelier for 18 years and have created hundreds of wine lists and quadrupled that in tasting wine. In addition, I ran a cocktail program creating cocktails completely from scratch that still today are classics at my former restaurant generating happy customers and large profits. As hard as it was, it was a very humbling experience. With time, our restaurant became incredibly successful and I was lucky to do it with my number one parter,  my amazing husband. Although, it was not nearly as difficult or as rewarding as raising three kids. We almost went under twice. We survived fires, floods, COVID lockdowns, Facebook crazies, economy crashes and inflation. We learned the hard way and as I look back it was a gift because we can help others not learn the hard way. Let us help you. Email us for a chat.

I've seen all kinds of crazy and almost failed miserably myself. I believe when you ask for help, you are a fighter. Let's Talk!
